摘要 <p>Regenerable thin film (electrolytic) capacitor with a metal electrode on a substrate, an inorganic dielectric and a metal counter electrode has an intermediate layer of organic semiconductor based on an EDA (electron donor acceptor) complex (I) between the dielectric and the counter electrode. (I) pref. contains dipyridyl or a deriv. (with the N atom in the p-position) as donor and tetracyanoquinodimethane (ICNQ) as acceptor and, in particular, is 4,4'-dipyridyl-ICNQ (IA). The layer contg. (I) also contains a low-mol. binder (polyurethane and/or polyvinyl acetate) to increase the adhesion. It is produced by spraying a mixt. of (I) and a solvent (acetone), using an air spray gun. The capacitors are suitable for operating temps. up to ca. 100 degrees C, have low loss factors and are useful for rated voltage UN up to 0.5 UF.</p>
