The two pedals are connected each to a grip handle by a pedal cable. The handles are fitted to the ends of a handlebar rod (10), which has a linked connection through a pivot pin to the upper end of a support rod (7, 8). The pedals are rectangular and have a swivel attachment inside a frame (1) on their two small sides, located next to each other.
