FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, to devices used in open pits for handling granite monoblocks into blocks and blocks into plates (preliminary working) for destruction of oversize blocks, namely to instruments for performing shaped cuts in drilled bore pits. Tool for performing shaped cuts in drilled bore pits includes a housing with a connecting element for connection with the drilling rod, internal channels for blowing the tool with air and fixed on the side surface of the housing side cutters with shaped cutting edges. Tool is equipped with an additional face cutter with a shaped cutting edge fixed on the housing side opposite to the connecting element, herewith the cutting edges of the face and the side cutters are located in the same plane.EFFECT: technical result is improvement of efficiency of the tool during production and preliminary working of granite blocks due to reduced volume of drilling operations.1 cl, 4 dwg |
