Pharmaceutical compositions containing a compound of the formula (II): <CHEM> wherein R1 is a lower alkyl group and R2 is a lower alkyl group optionally linked to R1 so that the OR1 and OR2 moieties and the carbon atom to which they are attached form a 1,3-dioxacyclohexa-2,2-diyl, 1,3-dioxacyclopenta-2,2-diyl or 1,3-dioxacyclohepta-2,2-diyl diradical, and a process for their preparation.
