PURPOSE: To simplify and rationalize the manufacture of an electric element worked with a belt by cutting the belt into belt pieces when it is passed through a cutter device in a conveying element, and removing the belt pieces from a connection line of the element by a carry face of the conveying element. CONSTITUTION: A cutter device 9 is driven in synchronization with a toothed wheel 21, and one cutting blade 11 is engaged with a slit of the ring partial assemblies at both sides every time when the slit formed between the parts 23 is located under the cutter device 9, whereby the both belts 4 are simultaneously cut. When the toothed wheel 21 is further rotated, the parts 23 are separated from each other by an operating cam 29, and the belt pieces 4' held on a carry face of a stepped part 30 of the ring part are removed from a connection line 2''. A guide element 31 for holding an element 2 to prevent it from being dropped from a belt removing drum 8 after the cutting of the belt 4, is mounted, and the removed belt pieces 4' are inserted into a receptor through an inclined chute 32. |
