PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration of cement production efficiency, and to convert organic sludge into fuel at a low cost.SOLUTION: In a method for converting organic sludge into fuel, a high-temperature gas G1 is made to pass through organic sludge S in a state where the organic sludge is deposited in an indoor yard 2, and the moisture of the organic sludge is reduced using fermentation heat generated by aerobic fermentation to be converted into fuel. Since the moisture of the organic sludge is reduced only using drying by the high-temperature gas and the fermentation heat generated by the aerobic fermentation, a long-term treatment period, such as in the case of composting, is not required and only a 1-4 day treatment period is required. The organic sludge may be deposited in the indoor yard, if necessary, after adding a moisture control material to the organic sludge, and a gas generated in a cement burning apparatus or a power generator and having a temperature of 50°C or higher and 140°C or lower can be used as the high-temperature gas. The amount of the high-temperature gas passing through the organic sludge is controlled by the concentration of COin the high-temperature gas after passing through the organic sludge and the decomposition degree of the organic sludge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
