PURPOSE: To eliminate the noise caused by excessively high revolution and enable quiet and comfortable cleaning by providing a hand control part with a means for changeably controlling revolution of an electric fan motor and a switch means for increasing revolution corresponding to the revolution controlled by the above means. CONSTITUTION: Combination of controllable resistor R1 and resistor R2 constitutes a means for controlling rpm of electric fan motor 2. Combination of controllable resistor R1 and power-shot switch 14 constitutes a means to increase rpm in proportion to rpm controlled by the means to control rpm of electric fan motor. Both means are provided in a hand control part. When power-shot switch 14 is opened by using controllable resistor R1 in the hand control, controllable resistor R1 and resistor R2 are placed in series, and rpm of electric fan motor 2 is set by total resistance. When power-shot switch 14 is closed, resistor R2 is short-circuited and rpm of electric fan motor 2 increases in response to the resistance set by controllable resistor R1. |
