<p>PURPOSE:To pick out energy from an air flow portion escaping from a rotation plate, by providing a first windmill which is located on the leeward and another windmill which is located on the wind concentrically with the former windmill and has almost the same diameter as it and has blades only near the ends. CONSTITUTION:Air 22, which flows downstream to the rotation plane 16 of the rear windmill 13 of a two-stage windmill system 11, comprises a portion 23 which passes through the rear windmill 13 and another portion 24 which would conventionally escape to the outside of the rotation plane of the rear windmill 13. The former air portion 23 passes through the no-blade part 19 of a front windmill 12 and reaches the rear windmill 13 so that the energy of the air portion is picked out by the rear windmill. The latter air portion 24 passes through the baldes 18 of the front windmill 12 so that the energy of the air portion is picked out. Since energy is picked out of both the inner and outer air portions 23, 24 of the air flow 22, the windmill system is advantageous as to the space and economical efficiency.</p> |
