PURPOSE:To obtain gyoza (a fried dumpling stuffed with minced pork) having improved texture with good chewiness and nice taste of a coating, by incorporating adequate amounts of potato, yeast plant and bread crumb, etc. into the coating of gyoza. CONSTITUTION:Adequate amounts of potato, yeast plant, bread crumb, soybean milk, cow's milk, peanut, and seasonings are incorporated into a raw material for the coating of gyoza, and the mixture is rolled to give the coating. Vegetables and minced pork are mixed with seasoned wheat flour to improve the flavor, viscosity, and adhesion of the ingredients to the coating as well as the flavor and squeezing state in the feed unit. The resulting coating thicker than the conventional one provides a product having improved chewiness, melting in the mouth and high nutritive value due to the natural food though of large size. |
