The holder is for a brush which is for massaging the gums and is small enough to fit between the teeth. The elongated holder has a transverse hole at one end through which are inverted two entwined wires forming the brush support. A recess is formed in the end of the holder so that wires can be bent over to lie flush with the general surface. A sleeve slides over the head of the holder to retain the wires and hold the spiral brush in place.
