<p>The connector joins two or more frame members of rectangular tube-section. It has as many male portions as there are frame members to be assembled, and fitting inside the ends of the latter. Each of these portions consists of a central web (1) joined to a pair of sides perpendicular to its plane (2,3). The sides are flat and parallel to the general direction of the members, and form guide surfaces working against the inside of the latter. The central web can be reinforced by one or more ribs perpendicular to it and joining the sides together.</p> |
