The intra-cranial pressure measuring apparatus comprise a probe with holders and a pressure measurement cell. The probe (4) has a base plate (40) bridging the bone gaps in the skull (2) and a deformable and non-compressible intermediate element (7) is positively enclosed in the space between the cell (5) and the bone gaps (2, 3). The element can be in the form of a balloon with elastic walls and filled with incompressible liquid, capable of expanding freely over the supporting surface (41) of the base plate.
