The ceiling or wall cladding panel uses a grid pattern or several honeycomb lattice units with beaded sides. They are connected to adjacent units by ckamps made of permanently deformable material. The clamps have a stem piece fitted between adjacent lattice-work sides with two or more end claws bent in different directions round adjacent beadings. The piece may be flat or prismatic. The clamps are simple and inexpensive and can be permanently of the same colour as the panels.
