The switch has a spring (22) connected at one end (24) to a linkage (28) that moves when the switching rocker (11) pivots. The linkage consists of a slide (28), a roller, a pin or similar and a slot (26) in the rocker perpendicular to the axis of the contact bridge (16). The spring's end is connected to the slide. The slide moves in the slot. The slot is located at the middle of the rocker. The wall facing the spring has a longitudinal slit into which an intermediate member, e.g. a hook (25), engages to hold the spring to the slide. The rocker has a U-shaped cross-section to form the slot.
