The partition for a bath or shower cubicle incorporates a vertical, rectangular door section, the bottom edge of which fits under the rim of the shower tray or bath, when in use. The main section of the door curves outwards, or consists of a flat part and a curved piece at the bottom and at the top. The partition can be in the form of a sliding door made of horizontally movable sections along rails. The rails are partly fixed in the form of brackets to a wall running crosswise to the plane of the sliding door.
