PURPOSE:To prevent rubber etc. from flowing into a nut when molded by a method wherein a nut is touched with the taper part of a core and a circular edge and then rubber etc. is cast. CONSTITUTION:In the cavity of a female die 3, a nut 10 is brought into contact with the taper part 8 of a core 7, a core pin 4 and a circular edge 6. Then, if elastic substance like rubber etc. is filled there, a clamping screw 1 with a nut is molded. The inner side of the nut 10 is sealed fully and rubber etc. can be prevented from running into the screw surface of the nut 10. |
