PURPOSE:To fix the cores of an electric-discharge lamp stabilizer without using clamper and to enable the efficient automatic assembling of a stabilizer by a method wherein the cores of stabilizer are piled up in an under-cover having a section almost shape, and an upper cover is fixed by caulking to the under cover fixing the cores simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizer core constituting membes, i.e., the first E shaped side leg 5, a center leg 6 to which the primary and secondary coil 61,62 are inserted and fixed, the second E shaped side leg 7, are piled up one after another at the appointed place in the conduit part 11 of under cover, which has almost shape section, by sticking the notches prepared at the shoulder part of each side leg 5, 7, to a pair of protruding stripe 22, 32 prepared in the under cover 1. Finally an upper cover 8 is put on them, the upper cover 8 and the under cover cover 1 are fixed by caulking, and the rising pieces prepared at both side faces of under cover and the lower part fixing nails 42 prepared at the botton face are fixed by caulking. |
