摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the cross polarization component with the thin-type structure maintained as well as faciliate reslization of the design parameter for the directivity compounding of the low side lobe formation and the like, by providing the conductor radiation element at the middle part of the two microstrip lines. CONSTITUTION:The input from connector 5 is divided into two parts, and the traveling wave current of the same phase and same scale flows onto two parallel microstrips 2-1 and 2-2 each. The part of the transmission power accompanied with the traveling wave current is radiated with the distribution connection given to radiation elements 1-1-1-4 of the square conductor plate. And the traveling wave power is attenuated gradually along the traveling direction, and the rest of the transmission power is absorbed by resistive termination ends 6-1 and 6-2. At the same time, the current flowing laterally is excited reversely by the two microstrip lines and thus negated. Thus the cross plarization component of the radiated wave can be reduced even though the width of the square conductor plate may be changed over a wide range.
