PURPOSE:To lessen the time required for winding and assembling a winding and to improve voltage distribution by a method wherein the same layer of a plural number of windings lying close to each other are wound by a continuous lead wire. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire is wound around a cylinder four times, identified by numbering from 1-4, and separated with the proper spacer 4 inserted, and apart from the former winding it is wound around a cylinder four times continuously, identified by numbering from 5-8, and futhermore it is wound eight times around a cylinder, identified by numbering from 9-12 and from 13-16 in the same way, and thus the first layer is completed. Continuously it is wound around the first layer, in the same way as the first layer and in the sequence which is identified by numbers. The winding process is performed without cutting the lead wire and the initiating step 1 is connected with the terminal 6 through the lead wire 5, and the final step 48 is connected with the terminal 8 through the lead wire 7. The windings are placed in a metal mold, and resin 9 is injected by vacuum injection and hardened, and they are completed by removal of a metal mold. |
