PURPOSE:To impart a lace pattern to an interior finish outermost material so as to improve its appearance design quality by fixing a lace-state woven small METSUKE amount cloth to be embedded in one surface side of a resin sheet in the time of calendering the resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:In case of applying the invention to an outermost material 13 in an automobile door trim 10, a PVC resin sheet is used as a general part use outer material 14 for a general part positioned, for instance, in upper and bottom parts, and an outermost material, providing a lace pattern, is used as an intermediate connection part use outermost material 15 used for the central intermediate connection part. This outermost material 15 is supplied from a cloth use original roll 10 while supplying a PVC resin sheet 16 from a PVC resin sheet use original roll. An adhesive agent of hot melt system powder or the like is applied by a spray gun 20 to one surface side of a lace-state woven small METSUKE amount cloth 17, thereafter by laminating the PVC resin sheet 16 and the cloth 17 by a pressing roll 21, the outermost material is manufactured. |
