PURPOSE:To actualize a heretofore unavailable coil part which has a sectional plan by a method wherein a coil is formed with an easily windable conductor and is made up to an appointed sectional plan by electrocasting. CONSTITUTION:A coil part 3 is formed by winding a metallic conductor which has a mechanically easily windable sectional plan. The coil part 3 is dipped in an electrosting bath 4, and is connected to the negative terminal of D.C. source 8 through a conductor 9. When the current flows from the positive terminal to the negative side of D.C. source via an anode plate 5, an electrocasting bath 4 and the coil part 3, a part of the anode plate 5 is ionized and melted into the electrocasting bath 4. The metal ion in the electrocasting bath 4 nearby the cathod constituted with the coil part 3 is reduced and deposited on the surface of coil part 3, and forms an electrocast layer 6. |
