PURPOSE:To prevent lead wires from being bitten by forces or a lead element from shifting in the forces at the casting of resin by a method wherein the lead wires of the lead element, which is set on the bottom side of the forces, are pressed downwards by spring pins when the mold clamping is done by pressing a top force, in which the spring pins and coiled springs are provided for pressing the lead wires. CONSTITUTION:The lead wires 2 of a lead element, which is set on the bottom side of the forces, are pressed downwards by a spring pin 12 just before the mold clamping with the top force. Accordingly, since the deflections of the lead wire 2 and 2 are absorbed by the extra holes 4 of lead frames 5 and 5 so as to pull the lead wires outward each other, the lead wires 2 and 2 are guided between guide posts 11, resulting in making the lead element 1 and the lead wires 2 and 2 in a beeline for correct positioning. Since the top and bottom forces are clamped together under the state just mentioned above, a fear of the lead wires 2 and 2 being bitten by the forces is eliminated. Further, at the casting of resin, no shifting of the lead element 1 due to the casting pressure of resin occurs, either. |
