<p>PYRAZOLIUM SALT PLANT GROWTH REGULANTS The invention provides plant growth regulating compositions containing, as an active ingredient, a pyrazolium salt of the formula (I) in which R1 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, alkoxycarbonylmethyl, phenyl or substituted phenyl R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl or substituted phenyl, or R1 and R2 jointly represent -(CH2)n- chain wherein n is 3, 4 and 5, R3 is alkyl, amino, phenyl or substituted phenyl, provided that R2 and R3 are both phenyl or substituted phenyl only if R1 does not represent hydrogen, R4 is alkyl, R5 is alkyl, substituted alkyl, or phenyl and X? represents one equivalent of an anion of a non phytotoxic inorganic or organic acid.</p> |
