<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy work of firmly tightening the valve device into a narrow housing of the actuator, by extensively providing an almost cylindrical post from the bottom part at inner circumferential sides of the housing and containing the valve device in the inner circumference of said post. CONSTITUTION:The actuator 10 is constructed by the outer edge portion of a diaphragm 13 between one end opening housing 11 made of synthetic resin and a metallic cover 12. Here in the housing 11 is extensively provided a post 17 from its bottom part. A yoke 18 consisiting of magnetic material is firmly tightened to said post. And two solenoid valves 20, 21 are parallelly provided in said yoke 18. A vacuum nozzle 40 and atmospheric nozzles 41, 42 are constructed in the housing 11. Said nozzles 40, 41, 42 is arranged in such a manner that their opening and closing operations are performed by valves 36, 38, 39 on flappers 34, 35 swingably actuated by interrupting electric current conduction to coils 24, 25 of the valve devices 20, 21 respectively.</p> |
