<p>MULTI-CURDLED MILK PRODUCT AND THE PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF This invention relates to a milk product produced by a process that breaks down the disaccharide sugar present in milk more effectively by an unhindered multi-curdling process while enriching the milk product with nutritional and therapeutic advantages by superimposing cultures of Lactobacillus bulgaricus, acidophilus, bifidus, and colostrum to produce a new palatable and tasteful milk product which will be symbiotic with the human body.</p> |
