PURPOSE:To increase the removal ratio of the volatile material from a resinous fluid, and to prevent the deterioration of the resin in an apparatus for removing the volatile material, by installing plural stirring-transferring blades made multispirally on a revolving shaft near the charging opening for the resinous material. CONSTITUTION:The body 11 of an upright removing apparatus having cylindrical outer periphery is combined in one piece airtightly with a discharging apparatus 12, and both of a discharging opening 18 for the volatile material and a taking-out opening 20 penetrate through the jacket 21. Polyethylene resin fluid contg. volatile material is charged through a feeding opening 13 into the body 11 which is evacuated and heated, where the fluid is formed into small pieces of thin film by the centrifugal force caused by a revolving stirring-transferring blade 25, then by a blade 17 while being agitated and bubbled. Successively the fluid is conveyed downward by the screw-conveying action of the blades while evaporating and separating the volatile material, whereby the resinous material is discharged from delivery apertures 24 to a taking-out opening 20. In this way, the removal ratio for the volatile material is increased, and the deterioration of the resin in the apparatus is prevented. |
