PURPOSE:To obtain a core mold which molds pipe joint formed in the plural shapes and having plural sizes, by a method wherein a connection-portion-molding core mold for pipe joint and a central-portion-molding core mold which is split into a plurality of toroidal members are assembled monolithically. CONSTITUTION:Toroidal members 13a-13i and 13a'-13i' are positioned between the nips formed by connection-portion-molding core molds 11, 11' and toroidal members 13j, 13j' respectively, the core molds 11, 11' and the toroidal members 13j and 13j' being connected together by means of bolts 14, 14' respectively. The two works are abutted on to each other with the core molds 11, 11' positioned facing the outside. Side plates 12, 12' are joined to end surfaces of larger diameter portions 111, 111' of the core molds 11, 11', a shaft 16 being inserted into perforations 121, 121' in the side plates 12, 12' respectively for securing thereat. And in this way, a main-pipe- molding core mold 13 is assembled. A branch-pipe connection-portion-molding core mold 20 is placed on the core mold 13 with a side plate 207 positioned facing the outside, a branch shaft 21 inserted through a perforation 2071 in the side plate 207 and a perforation 132 in the core mold ..3 being screwed in a female screw part 161 provided in a central portion of the shaft 16. A collar 22 located at the other end is fastened thereat through the medium of a washer 23 by the use of a nut 24. |
