PURPOSE:To cause drain water and thawed frost to be atomized and enable both water to be discharged out of a room by a method wherein an atomizer arranged below an outdoor blowing port of a main body, a thermostat for operating the atomizer in response to a temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger and a water level switch for operating the atomizer in response to a water level of recovered water in a water pan are provided. CONSTITUTION:Water 20 is recovered into a water pan 15 and as a water level is gradually increased, water in an injection hole 23 of an atomizer 18 kept at a higher water level as compared with a water level of the wafer 20 recovered in the water pan 15 is placed at such a height as one capable of atomizing the water through vibration of a vibrating element 22 of the atomizer 18, a water level switch 21 for use in operating the atomizer in response to the water level of the water 20 recovered in the water pan 15 is installed.
