<p>Pharmaceutical compsn. based on the parent patent contain the quat.-beta-carboline, flavopereirine of formula (IV). (IV) acts preferentially against the replication of DNA and synthesis of RNA of cancer, tumour and viral cells without having a great effect on healthy cells. It is used as an anticancer, antitumour and antiviral agent by oral or parenteral admin. of daily doses of 2.5-500mg, pref. 10-100mg.</p> |
