Banknotes articulated holder - has two electroplated plates differing in size and bonded to permanent magnet foils

The banknotes handling unit is made up of permanent magnet foils bonded to noble-metal coated plates. The latter are linked by edge hinge and they have different sizes, and ensure simplified banknotes bundle forming. The noble metal plating provides an attractive finish to the holder. The lower plate (I) is 2mm wider than the top plate (2) which is 2 mm longer than the former so that the plates can be easily unfolded by fingers. The hinge pin (7) passes through the eye of plate (I) and is held by bearings (8, 9).
