Flexible container lifting attachment - uses ball-shaped element inserted above flexible binding which is bound again after insertion

The attachment for flexible containers is designed to permit lifting by loops or claw devices. The attachment is made in the form of a rigid flexible or hollow lifting device which can be of a ball, elongated cubical tetragonal or discus shape. By binding into the upper end of a flexible container this produces a lifting device which permits lifting of the flexible container using either loops and/or gripping devices. To prevent the lifting loop from sliding out of or away from the upper end of the flexible container a ball shaped element (1) is inserted above the binding knot which is bound again above the insertion to provide a secure hold for the loop or the gripper.
