摘要 <p>Flat shape and small size of scanner of optically projected images as well as simplified control logic are ensured by the unit featuring a photoconductor charged by gas discharges. The discharge of the scanned points is proportional to the intensity of light beam impinging the spot while the gas discharges ensure recharging. TV images are picked up by simultaneous scan of all points of the image line while the individual lines are scanned in synchronism with the horizontal deflection frequency. The transparent plate (I) of each element carries a similar electrode (2) coated with photoconductive layer (3). The apertured mask (7) separates insulator plate (4) holding electrode (5) and resistance layer (6), the size of openings in the mask determining the gas discharge volume (10). The signal is derived from resistor (II) connected to electrode (2) while the scan lines and columns are formed by electrodes (2, 5).</p>
