Thermoplastic hot water bottle - with threaded insert for stopper made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide

A hot water bottle which is made by injection moulding from a thermoplastic material has in its neck an insert with a thread for the stopper which is encapsulated in the bottle material. The insert lies deep enough to be covered on top by bottle material against which the flange of the stopper seals. The pref. material for the insert is a polyamide with glass fibre reinforcement. The stopper is pref. made of polypropylene. This creates a hot water bottle without possible leaks which can be produced in one injection moulding operation complete with insert.
