PURPOSE:To improve at the same time a minimum operating voltage in a low- temperature range and current consumption in a high-temperature range, by separately performing the temperature compensation of the frequency of a crystal oscillating circuit in the low-temperature range and high-temperature range. CONSTITUTION:Temperature compensating capacitors C1 and C2, and C1' and C2' differing in Curie point are connected in parallel respectively and then connected to input terminal IN and output terminal OUT of inverter 2 of a crystal oscillating circuit. In the low-temperature range, capacitors C1 and C2 only decrease in capacity to perform the temperature compensation of its oscillation frequency and also to suppress an increase in minimum operation voltage. In the high-temperature range, only capacitors C1' and C2' decrease in capacity to compensate a temperature at the oscillation frequency and also to suppress an increase in current consumption. |
