PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to improve reliablilty by employing a digital phase shifter and by avoiding the overlap of function constitution by providing a coordinate converting function in addition to a phase adjusting function. CONSTITUTION:Antenna unit 1, phase-lock loop 2, phase detectors 3 and 4, and phase shifter 5 obtain a cross error. Digital angle converter 9 conterts the directional angle of the antenna into a digital signal. Offset switch 10 adds a constant offset to a digital angle. By receiving signals from digital angle converter 9 and offset switch 10, parallel adder 11 adds them together and sends needed phase shift information to digital phase shifter 8. Digital phase shifter 8 shifts the phase of a phase-reference signal from phase lock loop 2 according to information from parallel adder 11. |
