PURPOSE:To avoid fuel waste by a system wherein an engine speed is increased to the fixed speed according to the load condition of the system during operating the power steering system. CONSTITUTION:When a power steering system 10 is operated by turning the wheel with a vihicle in a slationary state, the operation oil pressure in the pipe 18 applies to the piston 22 of an actuator 20 by passing through the pipe 18, moving slidably the piston 22 downward in resisting the spring 23 to open the throttle valve 12 for increasing the engine speed. In this case, the sliding displacement of the piston 22 accords with the load of operating oil of the power steering system by use of the spring 23, opening the valve 19 according to the load of the system 10, allowing the engine speed to increase as increasing the load of the system 10. Accordingly, the engine stop can be eliminated by adoption of the system 10 without fuel waste. |
