<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a insulator from stain without changing temp. in low operation cost by a method wherein the inflow of a staining substance into a insulator chamber is cut off by using purified gas within an electric dust collector. CONSTITUTION:The purified gas of a gas outflow portion duct 11 is introduced under pressure into a piercing pipe 7, 7', 7'' by an air sending blower 12. This purified gas forms a gas flow passage from an air sending opening 14 toward a lower level slit 15 by a suction blower 17 and the flow amount of the said gas is controlled along with a dust containing gas from a lower portion of a piercing pipe 7, 7', 7'' by a damper 16 and the gas mixture is sent to an inflow portion duct 19 to be recirculated to a gas stream. This purified gas introduced under pressure avoids a insulator chamber 4 from the negative pressure caused to the suction operation, that is, functions as equilibrium air passing action of atmospheric pressure as well as a barrier wall of dust containing gas and dust inflow and, therefor, temp. is not changed as well as a treating gas amount of a dust collector is nither increased or decreased.</p> |
