<p>PURPOSE:To rationalize operation by a method wherein there are arranged a hopper at the front of one side of a scrap yard, a press machine at the rear thereof, a truck depot at the front of the other side of the scrap yard, a product yard at the rear thereof and the rear of the product yard and the outlet port of the pressed products at the press machine are connected with a conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:There are arranged a hopper 51 at the front of one side of a scrap yard 10, a press machine 54 at the rear thereof, a truck depot 30 at the front of the other side, a product yard 40 at the rear thereof and a conveyor belt 70 between the rear of th product yard 40 and the outlet 541 of the pressed products. An overhead traveller 60 is provided with a travelling beam 601 which can travel on rails 61, 61 and a truck 602 which can travel on the travelling beam 601. As a result, working due to the overhead traveller 60 becomes so efficient that it can be used effectively, the operating ratio of the press machine 50 be improved and the equipment be made smaller in size.</p> |
