The blind frame (1) is assembled from two vertical frame legs (1.1) and two horizontal frame legs (1.2 and 1.3) and consists of rectangular hollow profiled bars. The lamellae (2) are double-walled hollow profiled bars which are designed round on the narrow sides. The lamellae (2) are mounted rotatably on pins (8) which on the other hand are likewise mounted rotatably in bearing rails (9). The bearing rails (9) are pressed against the lamella ends (2.2) by springs (10) which are accommodated between the bearing rails (9) and the vertical frame legs (1.1), as a result of which a frictional resistance arises in the rotation points, which prevents the lamellae (2) rotating without mechanical influence. A rotation of the lamellae (2) is achieved when the inner rail (4) of two which form an adjustment rail (3, 4) and are mounted approximately in the central axis of the blind is displaced. The inner rail (4) is connected to each lamella by rotatable couplings and at the same time fastened slidably in the outer rail (3). The outer rail (3) can, by pushing downwards, engage on the blind frame (1) with two transverse bolts (11.1 and 11.2) in two tabs (7.1 and 7.2) on the horizontal legs (1.2 and 1.3) and thus prevent any rotation of the lamellae (2). <IMAGE>
