PURPOSE:To reduce the reluctance of feeder wires by parallelly providing the feeder wire which is fed to a working electrode and that which is fed to worked piece. CONSTITUTION:The fixed sections 5a, 6a of the feeder wires 5, 6 and the relay plate 11 of the flexible sections 5b, 6b are provided in the working tank 3 and the relay terminal 12 for the feeder wire 6 on the worked piece side is provided in the working electrode. The flexible section 5b of the feeder wire 5 is extended from the relay plate 11 so as to be in parallel with this flexible section 6b from the relay plate 11 with the flexible section 6b of the feeder wire 6 to this relay terminal 12 and is connected to the working electrode. The feeder wire 13 connects the relay terminal 12 and the worked piece 2. This permits the feeder wire up to the working electrode and worked piece to be provided in parallel as much as possible. As a result, the peak value of discharge current and working speed are increased at discharge. |
