PURPOSE:To obtain the title laminated glass having strength and excellent heat insulating effect and soundproofing effect by laminating two glass sheets with a double-coated adhesive tape, and injecting a synthetic resin between both sheets. CONSTITUTION:A double-coated adhesive tape 3 is stuck on the edge of the glass sheet 1, and a part of the tape is cut off to form an injection port 4 and an air vent 5. The glass sheet 1 and glass sheet 2 of the same shape are placed on each other, and fixed to the tape 3 to integrate both sheets 1 and 2. Polyester resin 6 having stickiness at room temp. and maintaining constant consistency is injected between both integrated sheets 1 and 2 from the injection port 4, the air 7 between both sheets is naturally discharged from the air vent 5, and then the injection port 4 and air vent 5 are sealed by a single-coated adhesive tape. The integrated sheets 1 and 2, namely the laminated glass, are horizontally placed on a flat base, the double-coated adhesive tape stuck on the edge is cut off, and the desired laminated glass is obtained. |
