PURPOSE:To make possible exchanging of multichannels, correct the intensity change of primary deflected light and achieve higher reliability by correcting the frequency band of an acousto-optic element in the light exchanger using the acousto- optic element. CONSTITUTION:Incident light I in enters a photo sensor 6 at a fixed intensity by way of an acousto-optic element 5 and is converted to a voltage V2. An addition- subtraction amplifier 17 takes the difference between said voltage V2 and the output V1' of a peak-holding amplifier 16 and compares said difference and the reference voltage Vs by a voltage source 18. The output of a voltage control oscillator 8 is added with the output of the addition-subtraction amplifier 17 in an amplitude modulator 19, is amplified by an amplifier 9 and is applied to the acousto-optic element 5. Hence, part of 0 order light I0 is deflected to produce the primary deflected light I1 which then enters the one corresponding to the frequency f out of output fibers 10-13 and yet it stabilizes at V2=V1'-Vs, whereby the variations in the primary deflected light by the fluctuations of the incident light Iin and the frequency band of the acousto-optic element are corrected. |
