PURPOSE:To obtain high output in the total driving range by controlling ignition timing which has been controlled in the direction of advance with increase of the number of rotation of an engine and decrease of the pressure in the air inlet piping in the direction of delay in response to the increase of the pressure in the air inlet piping with turbo-supercharging. CONSTITUTION:Controls of ignition timing are performed as a normal engine (without turbo-supercharger) through a distributor 17 by working air inlet negative pressure through a negative pressure passage 33 to a diaphragm operating mechanism 24 in the condition of non-turbo for a turbo-supercharger 4 with less exhaust gas rate in the zone where opening degree of a throttle valve 9 is smaller. Then, with the throttle valve 9 open relatively largely, when the turbo-supercharger 4 has come to the condition of on-turbo, pressure in the air inlet passage 10 and is increased pressure at the spot of a port 32 grows gradually higher from the barometric pressure with increase of supercharging the turbo. In consequence, the distributor 17 is controlled in the direction of delaying for ignition timing through the operating mechanism 24. |
