PURPOSE:To secure the flexibility such as the common use property to the circuit by adding the memory region for storage of the redundant dsta to the region requiring the reliability. CONSTITUTION:When information data WD is set to register 8 and then stored in memory device MEM, data WD is supplied to redundant data generator circuit part 4 to generate the 1at and 2nd redundant data. The 2nd data is composed by adding the data of plural bits to the 1st data. At the same time, the 1st and 2nd address spaces to which the 1st and 2nd redundant data of MEM are added and stored are partitioned previously based on the importance of the stored data. And for the data to be stored in the 1st address space, the information data and the 1st redundant data are stored in memory regions 1 and 2 of #1 and #2 each. While in the 2nd address space, the information data is stored in #1; and the 2nd redundant data is stored in memory regions 1, 2 and 3 each of #2 and #3. In such way, the flexibility can be given to the circuit. |
