PURPOSE:To reduce the driving distortion by non-linearity of force coefficient and to increase the performance of speaker, by forming the voice coil as specified with conductor pattern and giving current gradient. CONSTITUTION:The voice coil is formed with the print conductor on the insulation film 9, and the line width is widely set from the conductors 12e, 12e' of the center to the conductors 10, 10' at the both ends. Further, the conductors are sectioned into a plurality of blocks and the resistance value of each block is made equal with parallel connection. Further, the voice coil is formed by series connection of each block. When the conductor width is given change, then the current flowing to the conductors is given the gradient from greater to smaller over the conductor 10 11a 12a ...12e. Accordingly, the non-linearity of force coefficient is cancelled, the distortion by it is reduced and the performance of speaker can be increased. |
