PURPOSE:To increase the specific elasticity and internal loss by forming the vibration plate with macropolymer material inclusing graphite powder and carbon black. CONSTITUTION:Graphite powder 2 and carbon black 3 are added by a given amount to macropolymer material 1 and after heating, mixing this, sheet is obtained by rolling. By vacuum forming, press forming, etc. of this sheet material, the diapharagm plate A is formed. Thus, high elasticity is achieved with the presence of graphite powder and high internal loss can be achieved by the presence of carbon black. Accordingly, the diaphragm plate with light weight, high elasticity and greater internal loss is obtained. Further, the characteristics of diaphragm plate can be controlled with the selection of mixing ratio of each material and the macropolymer material. |
