PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, by providing the level decision circuit to which input voltage is fed at the pre-stage of delay circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output of differentiation circuit is fed to the input terminal 15 and this is fed to the in-phase input terminal of the operational amplifier 14 for polarity decision. Accordingly the operational amplifier need not be provided every tap, allowing to decrease the cost.
