PURPOSE:To fixedly protect the lead cable and prevent the abnormal vibration during operation by injecting resin between the lead cable and the inner surface of the shaft of rotary machinery to fill the gap therebetween and fix the lead cable. CONSTITUTION:After winding up rotor winding 2 around a rotor core 1, a lead cable 3 is connected to a collector terminal 5 through the inner side of a shaft 4. Then, resin member 6 such as epoxy is injected into the inner side of the shaft 4 and cured to fix the lead cable 3. By so doing, the gap between the cable 3 and the inner surface of the shaft 4 can be filled with resin and the motion of the cable 3 within the shaft 4 can be avoided, while protecting the cable 3 at the contact position with a hole 7 on the shaft 4 where the cable 3 is rising to the rotor winding side. |
