发明名称 CONTROL METHOD FOR SURFACE TEMPERATURE OF ZINC HOT DIPPED STEEL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To adequately control the temperature on steel strip surface and produce the zinc hot dipped steel plate of good quality by controlling the width direction combustion condition of burner combustion devices and the cooling position of a cooling device in correspondence to the steel strip surface temperature after the control of the weight of hot dip-plated zinc. CONSTITUTION:A steel strip 1 is plated by a zinc hot dipping bath 2 after continuous annealing, after which gas is spouted from a hot dipped zinc weight control device 3 provided above the bath 2 to control the hot dip plated zinc weight, thence the steel strip is cooled by the cooling device 4 disposed above. On the other hand, burner combustion devices 5 which permit independent controlling in the width direction of the steel strip 1 are disposed in the rear stage of the device 3 to control the temperature distribution in the width direction of the steel strip 1 evenly prior to its cooling 4. In this case, steel strip surface thermometers 6A and B are parallel-provided in the stage after the device 5 and while the relative positions of the both thermometers A, B are being maintained, they are reciprocatively moved in the width direction of the steel strip 1. By their reciprocative motion, the zinc solidified positions across the width direction of the steel strip 1 are detected. Hence the product of good quality may be produced through accurate controlling of the temperature distributions in the width direction of the steel strip 1.
