发明名称 CONSTRUCTING METHOD OF FLUORESCENT MATERIAL FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a fluorescent material film to be uniformly and smoothly constructed on inner walls of the U-shaped glass tube, by inserting nozzles into the U- shaped glass tube and flowing drying airs. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped glass tube 1 is held by a holder 2 in such a manner that its both opening parts are placed in a down side. Nozzles 3a are inserted from the both opening parts of the glass tube 1 into its interior to within a range of 20- 50mm from the top part in the glass tube by actuating an air cylinder 3e. Then a solenoid valve 3f is opened for a time of 1-30 seconds to flow a drying air at a speed of 2-10m/sec from one of the opening parts into the tube, and then closed. While simultaneously a solenoid valve 3g is opened for a time 1-30 seconds to flow a drying air at a speed of 2-10m/sec from the other one of the opening parts into the tube, and then closed. If the above operation is repeatedly performed to alternately flow the air from the right and left opening parts into the tube, a suspension of the fluorescent material can be gradually dried from the top part to the bottom part of the glass tube 1.
